Carolyn Burke, M.S.W., R.S.W., R.Y.T.
Founder of CBA Yoga in Toronto, Carolyn is an experienced yoga instructor, retreat facilitator, family counsellor, Pranassage® practitioner and parent. Carolyn has designed and led numerous wellness programs and therapeutic groups. Combining her clinical training with a holistic approach, Carolyn has created and successfully launched yoga programs for people of all ages and backgrounds. It is a rare teacher that can fill a room with compassion and joy the way Carolyn can.
Carolyn received her training in Interdisciplinary Yoga at the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica where she is faculty. Interdisciplinary Yoga is based on the principles of Hatha Yoga and honours the diverse styles and traditions of yoga. In this approach, yoga is seen as an avenue to self-awakening through awareness of vital life energy in the body.

Tamika Schilbe, M.S.W., R.S.W., E-R.Y.T.
Tamika is an award-winning counselor, consultant, author and motivational speaker. She is certified as an advanced level Yoga Instructor and Registered as a professional counselor. Her work with individuals includes coaching and mentoring, PranassageŽ, Reiki and Shamanic techniques. Tamika has studied and taught the art of personal renewal throughout North America and also in Costa Rica, Mexico, Hawaii, Australia and Indonesia. An experienced retreat facilitator, Tamika leads regular trips to Costa Rica where she is on Faculty at the Nosara Yoga Institute. Her work offers a creative blend of approaches from different parts of the world, and has been described as joyful, fun, and inspirational.

Charlotte Safieh
Charlotte has been practicing yoga for nearly 20 years. She has been teaching yoga for 2 years having qualified in London, England with the Life Centre. Her adult classes are gently challenging and she is interested in making yoga inclusive to anyone. Charlotte also teaches pregnancy yoga and yoga for children. As a mother of 3 young children she believes yoga can help with the physical and emotional demands of pregnancy, birth, post partum and the long and rewarding journey of motherhood. For children Charlotte sees how yoga increases general health and fitness levels, calms emotions and enhances creativity.

Shelagh Orr, R.Y.T.
Shelagh is a yoga teacher registered with the Yoga Alliance. She has studied and practiced yoga and meditation since 1995 and brings a wealth of knowledge from various schools of yoga. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at The Lotus Center in London, Ontario, where she is also a student and instructor. Shelagh assists Yoga Teacher Trainings both in Canada and Costa Rica. She is currently working toward her 500-hour certification with the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica, having completed the 100-hour HeartRiseŽ Children's Yoga Teacher Training.
She passionately combines her love of life, sense of humor and compassion, with knowledge of Yoga to create fun, invigorating and challenging classes.
