Breath That Moves Us

October 1 - 3, 2010
With Tamika and Carolyn

In our corner of the planet, autumn is the season of the harvest. While nature takes a gigantic exhale into her season of contentment, many of us gear up for new beginnings, go back to school and plan the year ahead. Our yoga practice can help keep us energetic and content in healthy balance. Our weekend combines dynamic movement with deep relaxation practices and tools you can use for balancing your vital energy.

Facilitated by Tamika Schilbe and Carolyn Burke. Travel package provided by Shanti Yoga Retreat.
