Prenatal Yoga.
Practising yoga during pregnancy enhances your awareness of your expanding body while also providing you with an opportunity to deepen your connection to your growing baby.
With prenatal yoga, you will learn to develop flexibility, a sense of calm and confidence to prepare for labour and childbirth through instruction in gentle postures, meditation, breathing and conscious relaxation.
Taking time to practise yoga during pregnancy allows you to be mindful of the process you are going through as you create a new life and enter a new stage in your life. Many women discover that yoga helps with their recovery from childbirth and they continue to share yoga with their baby after they have come into the world.
No previous yoga experience is needed.

Yoga meets you at your level – it is important to listen to your body, to not push yourself and slow down if a posture causes discomfort
