Orders placed before 2:00 PM (CET) on business days ship the same day from Berlin. Orders after 2:00 PM ship the next business day. Delivery usually takes 2–6 business days depending on location. A tracking number will be provided once your order is on its way.

Within Germany, delivery usually takes about 1–4 business days. For orders within the EU, shipping takes around 3–7 business days. Deliveries outside the EU typically require 4–10 business days depending on customs clearance. You will receive all shipping information and your tracking number by email once dispatched.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging. To request a return, contact support@cbayoga.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless stated otherwise. Approved refunds are issued within 14 days after inspection.
